Privacy Policy

We collect only what you need to use Agrix, and we neither sell it nor use it for advertising. Operator: the Agrix team (contact: [email protected]).

1. What we collect

• What you enter when you apply: name, email, organisation (optional), role, country or region, typical project size, what you want to use it for, and how you heard of us (optional); and when you agreed to this policy and the terms, which version, and your IP address.
• What your use produces: the greenhouse sizes and parameters you enter, the drawings, bill of materials and quote files generated, your conversations with the project assistant, and a record of each drawing run (to count your quota).
• For signing in: one-time sign-in links and codes are kept only as hashes; when you sign in with Google we receive only the email Google has verified.

2. What we use it for

• To open and sign in your account and count your weekly quota.
• To generate your drawings, bill of materials and estimate, and to answer your questions about your project.
• To fix faults and prevent abuse.
• Your application is never made public, shown to others or counted in public. When the project assistant calls an AI service, it sends only the project content the answer needs, never your email or other contact details.

3. Where it is kept, and for how long

• On servers the operator uses; drawings are made on the operator's drawing server. The country or region of the servers will be stated here before launch.
• If you are in mainland China, your information is processed on servers outside it; the application form asks for your separate consent to this, and without it the service cannot be used.
• It is kept while your account exists; when you ask us to delete it, we delete your data, and copies in backups are cleared within 14 days as the backups rotate.

4. Deletion and your other rights

• Email [email protected] with the account email you want deleted or want to know about. Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete your application, projects, drawings, lists and conversations, or tell you what we hold.
• You can also ask us to correct what you entered, or withdraw your consent; we then stop processing it, and you can no longer use the service.
