Beta Terms of Use
These are the terms for using the Agrix beta. Operator: the Agrix team (contact: [email protected]). By submitting an application you agree to them.
1. The service
From the greenhouse size and parameters you enter, it generates reference-design drawings, a bill of materials and an estimate automatically. During the beta, features, quotas and availability may change.
2. Your account and quota
- One account per person; do not transfer or share it.
- The number of sets you can generate each week is limited (counted over the last 7 days), as is the number running at once; the workbench shows what is left.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for impersonation, bulk sign-ups, getting around the quota or attacking the service.
3. The drawings are reference designs
The drawings are generated automatically from your parameters. They are reference designs and have not been reviewed, stamped or signed by a structural engineer; do not use them directly for construction, permitting or procurement. Before construction, a qualified structural engineer must review and stamp them.
4. The estimate is not a quote
The estimate is calculated from the platform's reference prices as a range. It includes overhead and profit and VAT (13%), and excludes freight, installation and contingencies. It is not a quotation or contractual offer and must not be used for procurement, bidding, signing or settlement; actual prices are those you are quoted on enquiry.
5. Liability
We generate results by rules and do our best to keep the service available, but we do not warrant that results contain no errors or suit your project. You use the drawings, lists and estimates at your own risk, and we are not liable for the consequences, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Your content
You may use the parameters you enter and the files generated for you in your own projects; we process them only to provide and improve this service, as the Privacy Policy describes.
